Eh...I like the character combo. I don't sit around reading lemons or anything. I've just run out of books at the library and, since I have no money, I can't buy anything else. So it's fanfics or nothing.

I recommend Piers Anthony. Especially his 'Incarnations of Immortality' series. Or 'The Apprentice Adept' series. Both seven books. Then, of course, there's Xanth.

Read it. All of it. Or at least, as much as we and my library owns. Which I know isn't every single one of his billions of 9 book trilogies but it's most of it.

Roger Zelazny's "Amber" chronicles. Margaret Weiss' "Twins" chronicles. Terry Goodkind's "Sword of Truth" series. Terry Pratchet's "Discworld" novels. Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series. Anne McAffrey's "Pern" novels. Louis McMaster Bujold's "Miles" series. (Or maybe it's 'Vorkosigan' series...)
I can go on... EDIT: Robert Jordan got two slots. >_>

You do need to read them. Though Amber and any Dragonlance books, Twins or no, might not be suited to your tastes.

You should read the Twins too Jest. I loved them. The good twin that's not so good. The evil twin that's not so evil(loooove him!) and the little dude that steals everything. *sighs happily* Best series ever!

I have read those twins stories. I am not too fond of the fact the Dragonlance series has about a thousand and one books to the power of three, but they are still good books. I am not sure how many books correlate to those brothers since there was clearly a story line going on before the three books I read, but it's too much work... oh well...

I said Almost, because I HAVE read some of them. Thus only almost all of them. =P
