Well I'm only making this thread cause I played the game. Not cause I like it.
I got it to see the movie clips. Since I was rather eager to see how the end product was looking. got as far as Aslan being on the stone table and decided I didn't want to spoil anymore.
You play as all 4 children. Two Daughters of Eve and two Sons of Adam. The game is all these random events that never happened. The object is to work together to solve puzzles, Example:
Theres a huge thing of ice blocking your way. So you grab Lucy, and throw her violently into the ice to break it. <- Realy happened
It's rather absurd how the charecters are played. Susan can apperntly rain fire with her bow and arrows.
To find coins you can simply pick them off the ground or beat the living hell out of a peice of furniture which will randomly give you coins. I didn't know Peter was so violent.
Some of the puzzles are allright. But they're not that creative, it's mostly pretty obvious stuff. I mean spinning Edmund around into a giant rock to tip it over is just plain obvious.
The Clips were cool though, I'm pretty happy about how they did the Beavers, And especialy the Witch. Should be an allright movie, however the kids aren't very good actors. A million times better than the BBC version but still not very good.
Did I mention Lucy can tame wolves and ride them? XD

WTF!?! you bought a movie title...HERATIC! BLASPHEMER and so on! This seems very similar to most movie based games, ill-done, completeable in 1 day and lastly obvious puzzles and random coin dropping. =P
I don't buy movie titles for this reason... Well, star wars battlefront is ok. But that's it.
Anyway, narnia, odd storey, odd film I bet. So naturally a crap game =P

Next, Jest'll be racing through levels of mutants and deer attracted to his scent, trying to catch the next interstellar ship on time.

In my opinion, he was a much better Theologist than writer - but I'd have to agree that his worst is still great. The Narnia books are something you read as a kid, then read again as an adult and get something completely different out of it.

Its amusing how they claim that the Narnia begins with The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe...

The Magician's Nephew does happen first, but it's Book Six, so...yeah, it does start there. The Magician's Nephew, I believe, was meant to add more colour to the main story, and provide a better Theological base and background.

I don't know about a game..or even a movie for that matter, but i loved the books i think i read all of them when i was 7 and then played talking horses and swords for months on end! my youth owned...until i realised it was about religion
And peter was violent, in the one where the thingys blew the horn susan droped in tlthingyw to bring them back, peter was pretty graphic in his battle (for a childs book anyway)

I don't have a very good memory of the books, it's been a long time. I might go and watch the movie, not on opening night though, I haven't seen a single movie on it's opening night if I recall.

I didn't buy the ruddy game. My mom got me on this Game Pass thing cause my friend Jeremy is visiting. So Since I can get any game free and I'm a big enough fan of the books I really wanted to see all the footage. XD
and this should be in Console gaming. I didn't relize I put it in the wrong category. *waves his hands around and says some flashy words*
