I've been watching this bit of British culture on Winamp t.v, it's really a fantastic show. It's like Star Trek...if written by douglas adams.

Wait, they have Red Dwarf on Winamp TV? This is a hilarious show that I could watched ages ago, then I watched many episodes of it two years ago, but I could only watch it on Wednesdays at midnight. Now I don't have TV anymore, so I am out of luck there anyways.

It's not too hard to get on that ESS station on winamp. It also has "Fawlty Towers" shown with it, which is another hillarous british show. John Cleese as a hotel manager that hates everything.
"Am I the only one with brains here? Why don't we just raise our shields to full?" "A brilliant idea with just two flaws, 1 we don't have any shields, 2 we don't have any shields. Now I know that's just one flaw but I thought it was so important it should be brought up twice"

I can't remember the details since it's been awhile since I've seen the first season. But the entire crew dies while Lister is in stasis, then two million years pass or something and he's released from stasis somehow as the last human alive. The computer to keep him sane brings back a crew member as a hologram. This crew member just happens to be the one person he hated, an uptight smeghead named Rimmer.

Not to mention the only other surviving creature on the ship was a cat. However, this cat has evolved into a near human type being, except has the traits of a cat, quite vain. His name is "Cat". Peachy.

OK now to change all of your misquotes... (yes I joioned purely for this....) "Fry me a kipper, I will be back for breakfast." Should be "Smoke me a Kipper, I'll be back for breakfast" "Am I the only one with brains here? Why don't we just raise our shields to full?" "A brilliant idea with just two flaws, 1 we don't have any shields, 2 we don't have any shields. Now I know that's just one flaw but I thought it was so important it should be brought up twice" Should be "Am I the only sane one here? Why don't we drop the defensive sheilds?" "A superlitive suggestion with just two minor flaws, fristly, we don't have any defensive shields, second we don't have any defnsive shields. Now I realise that technically speaking it's just one flaw but I thought it was such a big one it was worth mentioning twice" ( well done swordchucks, your quote is right ;D ) Yes....I am the red dwarf fanatic...

Same, I was going completely off memory from what I watched two years ago at midnight on a Wednesday, that has to count for something, doesn't it?

A Wednesday? My god man! I'm suprised you even got the kipper bit right. If I had seen it on wednesday I would have remembered it like this
"Beat me a camel, I'll be back for yule tide!"
